This is a Delivery Drop Off with a Disposable Buffet Set Up. We arrive an hour before the planned meal time, the chef or staff member sets up the buffet with everything you need. The food stays hot using 6-hour sternos, and we provide all the serving utensils needed for guests to plate their meals. We also include hard black disposable plates and utensils that we roll in a napkin for guests to easily grab. This service has a 10 guest minimum.
