A member of our team will arrive approximately one hour before your scheduled meal time to expertly set up your disposable buffet presentation with everything needed for service. All menu items are maintained at proper serving temperature using premium 6-hour stereos, and we provide serving utensils for easy guest self-service.
Your order also includes upscale black disposable plates, rolled disposable silverware, and napkins for a clean, convenient presentation guests can easily grab and enjoy.
