Covid and Ordering Policy and Updates

We have a lot of information below and it updates often. We are keeping this here as new information is released to the public and as COVID related news updates regularly.

We hope everyone remains safe and we are here to navigate these unpredicted times with you,

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, First Class Catering has always believed in providing top quality of food and service while committed to the highest level of food safety. Now in these unprecedented times in accordance with the FDA, USDA, and local county food safety requirements, we have added in additional safety precautions to protect our clients and staff. Due to our Catering Protocol, all employees are required to wear a mask and gloves while prepping, cooking, and serving. We will also automatically wear a mask for the duration of your event when staff is present.

As we all know, this pandemic is taking quite a hardship on the event industry, which is mostly composed of small businesses like ours. First Class Catering Service is made up of employees whose sole source of income relies on the busy catering seasons. If federal, state, and/or county regulations expressly prohibit your event from taking place all together, our team is committed to working with you to reschedule your catering event pending our availability. Please keep us updated with any potential dates so we can do our best to accommodate availability since we do book out dates frequently. Furthermore, we want to be as accommodating for a new date for you as possible and understand that moving an event date is a difficult task. However, please understand that by rescheduling your date to a future date, we turn away many new clients and suffer a large loss of income and we hope to bear the burden of those costs mutually.

With that being stated, for all COVID related incidents, 1 Postponement will still be granted within 12 months of your original date held with us, but there is a 10% rescheduling fee that will be charged upfront when the new date has been mutually agreed on (No Exceptions). Every client has 14 days to give us the new future date.

Please keep in mind, if you do choose to cancel your event, all deposits are non-refundable (No Exceptions)
